• An AI assistant at your fingertips: Users can enjoy a browsing experience similar to Comet, augmented by a personal AI assistant that is accessible with a single tap. • Interact with your open tabs via voice: Building on the popularity of Voice Mode in our Perplexity app, we have incorporated advanced voice recognition technology into Comet for Android. This feature enables conversational interaction with your Comet Assistant to extract information across all active tabs.
• Cross-tab content summarization: One of Comet’s most-valued features has been its ability to synthesize information across multiple tabs. The new smart summarization function in Comet for Android extends this capability, allowing users to generate concise summaries from content spread throughout all open tabs, not limited to a single page.
• Enhanced focus and security: To improve user experience, an integrated ad blocker is included to reduce unwanted spam and pop-up advertisements. Users retain control over trusted sites through a whitelist feature, maintaining a seamless and secure browsing environment.
